Get Started Here

Estate planning doesn’t have to be hard. In fact, we can help you get to where you want to be in just three easy steps.

Step 1: Make an Appointment

Schedule an Estate Planning Session with Marc. Don’t worry, there is no pressure during your appointment and no obligation after it. The sole purpose of this session is to help you get educated and to make sure all your questions get answered.

Step 2: Complete an Estate Planning Worksheet

As soon as you schedule your Estate Planning Session, we’ll send you an Estate Planning Worksheet. We ask that you fill it out and return it to us at least three days in advance of your appointment. The worksheet – a completely confidential questionnaire – is designed to help you focus in on the important legal and financial information necessary to get your estate plan in order. Completing this “homework” before your appointment will ensure your time with Marc is as productive as possible and will have you feeling more organized and put together than you have felt in a long time. Maybe ever.

Step 3: Attend your Estate Planning Session

During the Session, Marc will walk you through “what would happen” to all that you own and everyone you love, if anything were to happen to you now. If “what would happen” matches your goals, you can put your mind at ease. You’re all set. You will leave with the peace of mind knowing your goals are being met. There’s no need to do more planning until your family situation, financial assets, or planning goals change. If, however, there are gaps between your goals and what would actually happen, Marc will help you identify them so you know exactly what needs to be fixed. If you want to do that planning with us, Marc can help you design a plan on the spot. If not, at least you’ll know what the issues are and have a chance to get all of your questions answered.

That’s all there is to it!

Congratulations. Just by taking these simple steps you are giving your family (and yourself) one of the best gifts you can ever give: assurance and peace of mind. And if you decide to do your planning with us, we will provide you with guidance, counsel, and planning options that allow you to decide your own fee and the type of plan that is right for you and your family. We will help you design that plan, right then and there, to ensure your family will have as little to worry about as possible if something were to happen to you. That’s right. Before you even leave our office we can design a plan customized for your particular family situation, financial assets, and planning goals. And that plan can be in place, protecting your family, in as little as four to six weeks after your Estate Planning Session. You’ll gain control, peace of mind, and your family will know just how much you care.

Please read “How We Are Different” for an overview of what makes us unique among estate planning law firms. If after reading “How We Are Different,” you discover you are looking for a one-shot transaction rather than a lawyer who provides a lifetime of guidance and counsel, guarantees your plan will protect your family just as you intend at the time of your death or incapacity, and is there for you and your family throughout your lifetime, then please don’t make an appointment with us. We will be glad, however, to refer you to a number of lawyers we know who operate on a transactional basis.

If, on the other hand, after reading “How We Are Different,” you are ready to embark on a lifetime relationship with a family lawyer who will help you plan for a life of success and prosperity and ensure the protection of your wealth and your family, please click here to schedule an appointment online or call our office at 626.355.4000 to schedule an appointment over the phone.

We look forward to knowing you and caring for your family soon!
